He explained so I could understand what was being done to my RAV4, approximately how long it might take, made me aware of the shuttle option, and made sure I understood at the end of my appointment the status and costs of the completed work. My wife and I broke down today on our way home to Louisville KY. We have been wanting to get a van and found the perfect one here and luckily it had a towing package already on it so we could tow our car home. Chad and Garrett worked tirelessly to handle and figure out all of our problems and concerns, they’re all about being problem solvers and pulling out all the stops to make you happy. Best experience I’ve had so far at a dealership and I am 40 years old so. There was no pressure sales tactics, the price was fair and the Toyota Sienna was maintained very meticulously from the multi point inspection, they also washed it and put a full tank of gas in it. Can’t beat the experience here they make it fun.

My husband had an appt. today for an issue with his 2008 Tundra. The shop personnel were outstanding, & the service manager (Andrew) was awesome. He thoroughly explained the results of the diagnostics that were run on the electrical system, & told my husband to be sure to bring the truck back in if there were any problems at all. We appreciate the quality of customer service that we have always had with all three vehicles we've purchased from this dealership.
